Nazrah Quran — Reading and Recitation

Nazrah focuses on reading the Quran from the text. Discuss the learner’s current reading ability with the admissions team so the relevant class and assessment can be confirmed. This reading pathway is distinct from memorising the Quran.

Hifz-ul-Quran — Memorisation and Revision

Hifz combines Quran memorisation with ongoing revision. A teacher may assign new lessons (sabaq), recent revision (sabqi) and earlier revision (manzil). Families can use the free seven-day Quran practice record below to note assignments and corrections; it does not set a completion deadline.

Dars-e-Nizami / Alimiyyah — Islamic Scholarship

Studies up to Dawrah include Arabic, Fiqh, Tafsir, Hadith and related Islamic sciences. This is broader than Quran memorisation alone. Confirm the appropriate entry level, assessment and current class availability with the admissions team.

Free 7-Day Hifz Revision & Quran Reading Record — Printable Worksheet

Parents, learners and teachers can print this blank one-week Quran practice record. Use it to note a learner’s assigned sabaq (new memorisation), sabqi (recently memorised revision) and manzil (older revision), or use the same spaces for Nazrah reading and Tajweed practice. It is a flexible record, not a fixed curriculum or a promise of completion. Ask the learner’s qualified teacher to choose portions and correct recitation.

How to use: (1) Add the actual date beside each weekday; (2) enter only the reading or revision portions assigned by the teacher; (3) write corrections in the final column after recitation; (4) use the weekly review and next-focus lines to agree the next assignments with the teacher. For Nazrah, the lesson columns can record assigned reading and repeat practice instead of memorisation. This blank record does not collect or transmit learner information; keep completed sheets private. For a paper copy, open your browser’s Print / Save as PDF option, check the preview and select the pages containing the worksheet.

Questions About Quran Learning and Admissions

How can parents support Hifz revision at home?

Ask the Quran teacher which sabaq (new lesson), sabqi (recent revision) and manzil (older revision) the learner should practise. Listen at a suitable, consistent time, note any corrections without assigning unapproved portions, and review difficulties with the teacher. Families can use Jamia’s free seven-day Quran practice worksheet to record the teacher-assigned portions. This record is optional and does not replace qualified recitation assessment or promise a memorisation deadline.

What is the difference between Nazrah and Hifz?

Nazrah is Quran reading from the text; Hifz is memorisation with continuing revision. The suitable class depends on the learner’s reading ability and the institution’s current assessment and seat availability.

How do I submit an admission enquiry?

Use the online admission and registration page to share the student’s name, age, previous education, desired programme, city and guardian’s WhatsApp number. An enquiry does not confirm admission; assessment, document verification and seat availability apply.

Can girls apply for Islamic education?

Jamia provides girls’ education through separate arrangements, including the C-48 Women’s Campus. Confirm the relevant programme, campus and residential availability before visiting.
