Founded in 2016, The Petrichor School is Jamia Baitul Ateeq’s school education project in Karachi, providing free education from Playgroup to Matric alongside Quran learning, character development and student support.

The original 12-page Jamia Baitul Ateeq — Tamiraat aur Maujooda Imaraat presentation provides a historical construction reference. Its School Building — Block 1 entry (source page 9) records an area of 7,200 sq ft, four proposed floors, and a historical construction estimate of PKR 21,600,000 (2 crore 16 lakh). Construction was described as pending at the time of that presentation.
Important distinction: this is a historical estimated school-building cost from an undated presentation, not an audited amount spent, the building’s verified present status, a current approved BOQ or the outstanding amount required today. This historical construction estimate is separate from the school’s annual salary figure (PKR 5,700,000), 57 course-set requirement (PKR 184,300) and proposed computer-lab estimate (approximately PKR 4.9 million); these figures do not form a single construction budget.
