Main Jamia Masjid — Current Progress and Verification

The current institutional record lists continuing mosque-related work, including the minaret, exterior jali wall and kitchen works, as well as a Quran/books academic section project. Earlier statements describing the entire mosque structure and finishing as complete are historical and must not be treated as an independently verified current completion status. Before publishing any statement about the entire building being completed or unfinished, obtain a fresh site progress report and an approved scope of work.

Remaining / Separately Tracked Works (Current Institutional Record)

• Minaret: remaining minaret-related works; check the latest progress and quotations.
• Windows: mentioned in earlier project planning; whether any windows remain outstanding is unverified. Confirm the latest approved work list and quantities before an appeal.
• Solar: mosque solar is separately planned, with a historic target of approximately 25 kW; obtain a current engineering design and quote before stating a budget or completion stage.
• Exterior jali wall and kitchen: recorded as continuing/requiring follow-up in recent campus updates; current completion and materials remain to be verified.

Project Reference — Recorded Scope

The mosque development record includes approximately 17,510 sq ft across its principal built components, with a 6,000 sq ft courtyard and approximately 3,570 musallas recorded in the project planning data.

Electrical planning records include 202 fans, 480 LEDs, 80 tube lights, 4 distribution boards, 36 breakers, 4 changeovers, 220 holders, 130 junctions and 100 pipes. Water infrastructure includes two tanks of approximately 15′ × 30′ × 10′. The broader finishing plan also records marble/tiles, paint, wiring, aluminium work, doors, grills, speakers, CCTV and a proposed 25kW solar system.

Historical construction estimates — not a current completion certificate: the separate 12-page “Tamiraat aur Maujooda Imaraat” source records four estimated mosque components: basement 7,002 sq ft — PKR 10,503,000 (source p. 6); ground-floor/mezzanine section 2,862 sq ft — PKR 4,293,000 (p. 7); ground-floor roof 7,208 sq ft — PKR 21,624,000 (p. 7); and courtyard/wudu area 6,968 sq ft — PKR 20,904,000 (p. 8). These historical estimates add up to PKR 57,324,000. They describe an older construction proposal, not construction still outstanding today. They are not verified spending, present liabilities or a current construction donation target. Current needs are only the separate items listed above, subject to updated site confirmation.

Scope reconciliation needed: older structural planning documents cite approximately 7,000 sq ft for some floor sections, 2,200 sq ft for a mezzanine and 6,000 sq ft for the courtyard. They must not be silently substituted for, or added to, the source presentation areas above: they may be measuring different stages or physical components. Please obtain the latest architect-approved plans, updated BOQ, completed work and site measurements before publishing any present balance.
