Important Financial Disclosure Note
The documents above are dated records. Current monthly operating requirements, food costs, medical needs, construction quantities and project budgets can change over time. Current requirements should not be treated as audited figures unless they appear in the relevant signed report. For restricted donations or corporate commitments, request the latest verified requirement before transferring funds.
These documents are published for transparency and official verification.
Donor Impact & Reporting Framework
This is the reporting structure for monthly or quarterly programme updates, not a completed financial report. Under this framework, figures require verification by the administration before publication.
- Reporting period, programme and original verified requirement.
- Support pledged, support actually received, donations and loans recorded separately.
- Use of funds or in-kind supplies, with invoices or supporting records where appropriate.
- Verified beneficiaries served, without treating all students as orphans.
- Remaining requirement and date of its latest confirmation.
- Approved photographs or documents, respecting privacy.
A pledge is not a receipt; a loan is not a donation. This reporting framework distinguishes restricted purposes, management estimates and published audit figures.
