Institutional Scale & Historical Expense Reference
Jamia Baitul Ateeq serves 2,500+ students, including approximately 950 residential students, with 114 staff. The institutional record retains PKR 6,794,749 (approximately PKR 67.95 lakh) as a historical approved monthly baseline. Reconciliation with the October 2026 food budget is pending, so this is not the current total monthly expenditure or a fundraising target. Management-provided records show PKR 6,794,749 for July 2026 and PKR 6,730,183 for August 2026. The September 2026 expense-ledger total is PKR 8,260,284 (approximately 82.60 lakh), checked against the current Google Sheet on 14 October 2026. This recorded total is not proof of payment or a reconciled net shortfall. Management separately reports approximately PKR 8.2 million in September arrears; receipts and payments still require reconciliation. For a major or restricted contribution, request the latest reconciled requirement and supporting financial statement from Jamia.

Donation Questions
What should I send after a bank transfer?
Send the payment receipt, amount, date and intended purpose to Jamia’s official WhatsApp number. For a restricted contribution, confirm the purpose with the administration before transferring.
Does PKR 300 cover a child’s complete sponsorship?
No. PKR 300 is the food-campaign benchmark for three meals per student per day. It is not a complete education, boarding or medical sponsorship package or an audited total food cost. Ask the administration for the current scope and cost of full sponsorship.
Where should a Zakat contribution go?
Use the designated JS Bank Zakat account above and confirm the eligible purpose with Jamia before transfer. General donations may use the separate official Meezan Bank account.
